Thank you for shopping with Al Modina Japan. We’re committed to fast, safe, and affordable delivery of your halal products all across Japan.
🚚 Standard Shipping Charges
We ship by size, weight, and region. Charges vary depending on your prefecture and package size.
🧊 Frozen Shipping also includes an additional frozen-handling fee (see chart below).

Frozen orders will be packaged with care and delivered chilled using Yamato Cool Takkyubin.

Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders after 2 PM will be processed for next-day shipping.

🕑 Important Shipping Cut-Off Time

💴 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – First-Time Customers
To avoid fraud and ensure smooth delivery, first-time COD orders require address verification.
🔐 Here's how:

We will call or message you to confirm your order.

Or, you may call us directly to verify before we ship.

Without confirmation, we cannot ship COD orders.
✅ If you pay in advance (credit card, bank transfer, etc.), no verification needed.
🚫 Return-to-Sender (RTS) & Failed Delivery Policy
Once we ship your parcel, the shipping fee is already paid on our side.
If the parcel returns to us due to any customer-related issue, the full responsibility will be on the customer.
❗ When this applies:

Customer refuses to receive the parcel

Customer is not available during delivery attempts

Customer provides a wrong/invalid/incomplete address

Customer fails to pick up the parcel from the local delivery center

Customer ignores delivery notifications from the courier
💰 Charge for Returned Parcels
If the parcel returns to us due to the above reasons, a ¥1,500 Return Handling Fee per box will be charged.
This fee applies to:

🟢 Prepaid orders

🟢 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

🟢 All customers (new or existing)
📌 Why this charge is required?
Shipping is free for customers, but not free for us.
When the parcel goes out, we pay a contracted discounted shipping rate.
But when the parcel returns, the courier office from the customer’s area charges the local return rate, which is much higher than our contracted price.
To prevent misuse and ensure fair operation, we must collect the fee for failed or refused deliveries.
