We ship all orders from Al Modina, Gunma, Japan, with careful packaging for fresh, chilled, and frozen items.

Orders placed before 11:00 are usually prepared for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 11:00 are normally processed from the next business day.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 days, depending on your area. Some distant areas such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu, Shikoku, and other remote locations may require extra delivery time.
