BeetRoot Fresh is a versatile fresh root vegetable with a naturally earthy flavor, deep color and firm texture. At Al Modina Halal Food, this product is available in two convenient size options: 500g and 1kg, making it suitable for both smaller households and larger family cooking.

Fresh beetroot can be boiled, roasted, steamed, grated, pickled or added to soups and curries. Roast wedges with oil and seasoning for a simple side dish, grate raw beetroot into salads, simmer it until tender for vegetable curries, or use it in homemade pickles and mixed vegetable preparations. It can also be blended into drinks or soups after suitable preparation.

How to Prepare Fresh Beetroot

Wash thoroughly before use. Depending on the recipe, beetroot can be peeled before cooking or cooked with the skin and peeled afterward. Its natural pigment can stain hands, chopping boards and fabric, so prepare it carefully. Cooking time depends on the size of the pieces and the chosen method.

Storage

For best freshness, keep beetroot refrigerated in the vegetable compartment and use it while still firm. Remove any damaged portions before preparation.

Free shipping is available for orders over ¥10,500.

Some areas such as Okinawa or remote regions may have different shipping conditions.

For frozen, chilled, and fresh food products, returns are not accepted due to customer convenience. If there is any mistake, missing item, damaged item, or issue caused by us, please contact us immediately after receiving the parcel and we will support you properly.
