We ship all orders from Al Modina, Gunma, Japan, with careful packaging for fresh, chilled, and frozen items.
Orders placed before 11:00 are usually prepared for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 11:00 are normally processed from the next business day.
Delivery usually takes 1โ2 days, depending on your area. Some distant areas such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu, Shikoku, and other remote locations may require extra delivery time.

Free shipping is available for orders over ยฅ10,500.
Some areas such as Okinawa or remote regions may have different shipping conditions.
For frozen, chilled, and fresh food products, returns are not accepted due to customer convenience. If there is any mistake, missing item, damaged item, or issue caused by us, please contact us immediately after receiving the parcel and we will support you properly.
