📅 QURBAN DATE & SLOT DETAILS

In Japan, slaughterhouses remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore:

• If Eid falls on Friday → Qurbani will be performed on Friday
• If Eid falls on Saturday → Qurbani will be performed on Monday

👉 Final schedule depends on moon sighting (Dhul Hijjah)

We ship all orders from Al Modina, Gunma, Japan, with careful packaging for fresh, chilled, and frozen items.

Orders placed before 11:00 are usually prepared for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 11:00 are normally processed from the next business day.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 days, depending on your area. Some distant areas such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu, Shikoku, and other remote locations may require extra delivery time.

Customers can select their preferred delivery date and time at checkout. However, delivery date and time are handled as an estimated request and may be affected by courier conditions, weather, distance, stock preparation, or special cutting/packing requirements.

Free shipping is available for orders over ¥10,500.

Some areas such as Okinawa or remote regions may have different shipping conditions.

For frozen, chilled, and fresh food products, returns are not accepted due to customer convenience. If there is any mistake, missing item, damaged item, or issue caused by us, please contact us immediately after receiving the parcel and we will support you properly.
